After this huge foreclosure crisis, it is more than ever my goal to reach out to my neighboring communities and contribute to the stabilization of our economy through the promotion and consolidation of homeownership. 

Through the years living in Florida, I have gained extensive knowledge of the Real Estate market in the Tampa Bay area and the Gulf Beaches. Due to market conditions, I have been specializing on Foreclosure Avoidance finding options for distressed homeowners such as Government Assistance Programs, Loan Modification, Deed in Lieu and Short Sales.
