| I would highly recommend Gene to anyone who is looking to refinance ,obtain a mortgage or any loan. He is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and patient. I had a mortgage at a high rate and a home equity loan that I was trying to refinance and combine to one loan and neither on of my banks would work with me because I didn't fit into there criteria, getting frustrated and annoyed with other banks he was able to reassure me that he could help me out and I am so glad that I let go and trusted him. Through it all Gene was very kind, considerate, and he even educated me along the way. He was very supportive through it all and I am very thankful to him and would do business with him again anytime. |

| I appreciated Gene’s knowledge and responsiveness when dealing with him. He was supportive from my first interaction with him in January 2013, at that time it was not something that we were able to do. Gene at that time took his time to explain to me how refinancing works and the best approach we can take. Come June 2013 after receiving several calls from numerous mortgage brokers I got back on the phone and called Gene. I think that says something there. My 1 interaction with Gene in January left a lasting impression. I called him immediately after ending with a broker. This goes to show you first impressions are lasting. The brokers that had called me were offering all the same rate “a great one” but I wanted the experience and the compassion that I knew Gene was willing to provide me.
