My buyers and sellers become the center of each transaction. This has always been my way of doing business.  I find that in this difficult market it is even more important, whether I am working with a first time buyer, a retiree, a foreign buyer or an experienced investor. I find out what each needs, explain, communicate and am there at every step until and after the transaction has been completed. Maybe that is why my business is mostly repeat and referrals, I must be doing something right.
