Having an opportunity to serve neighbors, friends, and family as your Realtor has truly been a pleasure over the last few years. Not only have new friendships been formed, I’m truly honored to now be a part of your lives and to help your extended families as well.
I’m a Seattle native, have always lived the south Puget Sound area, and have moved around quite a bit within the region. During the kids' growing-up years, my husband, Bill, and I were involved in all sorts of activities from sports to scouts.
Now that the kids are grown and out the door (whew), we’re the proud parents of an endless cycle of Golden Retrievers, trying hard to help rescue dogs as much as possible.
In mid-2017, we decided to go a bit “country,” moving to a south Thurston County community between Littlerock and Rochester. It’s different for us, but we’re absolutely loving having some space to run the dogs, work on stuff (read that as “store junk”) in the shop, and do a bit more gardening. Similar to many of you, the hair is quite a bit grayer (time for a new picture) and we’re also finding that we love not having several flights of stairs within the house.
I believe heavily in giving back to the community in which I live, especially where children are concerned. A portion of every single transaction, whether a sale or a listing, is donated to the Children’s Miracle Network. In this area, that means that this money goes directly to Children’s Hospital. During the holiday season, Bill and I also work hard to provide a wonderful Christmas season for at least one or two families that are struggling to get their own lives back on track.
Prior to real estate, I had a diverse, technical … and art … background. From managing law firms, to owning and operating the very first computer training company in the Pacific Northwest, to publishing “how-to” computer books and art materials, I’ve managed to accumulate quite a variety of skills that all lend themselves perfectly to both the big picture and detailed versions of working through a real estate transaction.
I absolutely love working with both buyers and sellers, and I’ve applied my technical skills to assisting clients — whether individual homeowners, developers or builders — prepare and market their homes too.
You deserve the very best representation when buying or selling a home. You’re making huge money commitments — and you deserve to work with an agent that takes your trust seriously. I promise to always do my very best to listen to you, communicate with you, effectively and skillfully guide you through your transaction, and negotiate on your behalf.
You absolutely deserve the best. I’m committed to standing up to your trust.
In addition to knowledge and experience, today's complex market requires agents that have tenacity, empathy, and true desire to be of help. Working with folks that are in financial stress is challenging! Helping homeowners through the complexities of short sales and preforeclosures ... or just helping them retain as much of their equity during a sale ... is intensely satisfying and I look forward to helping you and your referral clients through the process.
There's a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience needed on the Buyer side of real estate, too! After all, getting all the way through the closing table is also challenging right now. And there's just nothing like sharing the excitement of first time homebuyers!

Dan Kemp Engineer at Boeing Gabrielle is a motivated, knowledgeable, trustworthy agent that knows her business from beginning to end. She is dedicated to her clients so much so that the second time we hired her she helped us for 6 months while we searched for that right fit. I will use her again and would recommend her to any of my friends. |

I have had the pleasure of knowing Gabrielle for several years now. We just finished working on our first transaction together. It went very smoothly and Gabrielle managed to get some seller concessions done that made the difference. I might add this was on a property where the previous offer had fallen through. Gabrielle: It was my pleasure working with you. I also look forward to your next batch of eggs (Gabrielle has chickens)! |

Gabrielle was incredibly knowledgeable about everything. She took so much time going over everything with me, making sure I knew exactly what was going on. I was going through a divorce and losing my house because of it and she went way above and beyond helping me. I could have not asked for a better person to work with and would recommend her to anyone looking for someone who is honest, knows their stuff and will go above and beyond |

We were lucky: we walked into a local agency and ended up working with Gabrielle for our home purchase. She quickly impressed us by her knowledge, her integrity, and her hard work. She's not only become our go-to person for all things real estate, she's become a valued friend. |

Gabrielle (Gay) as her friends know her. Was are agent in buying our first home, and we didn't have a big budget so the comission I'm sure was not much, but she never made us feel like that. Many weekend we spent together looking for the right house, and very few times was she unavailable to run over to somewhere we wanted to look at. I say that cuz she lives far away and it seemed like sometimes she lived right down the road cuz she was always there. I was septical at first by her egerness to make a buck, but month after month after month her egerness was still there her helpfullness was still there and her beening available for us was still there. It was not egerness to make money it was egerness to get us a home we had been dreaming about for years. It came appearent she loves her job and thats why she is so good at what she does. I would defintly recommend her to my family, friends, coworkers. Gay has a client for life with us!!! Thanks again. |

Both my husband and I highly recommend this agent, very professional, very knowledgeable. If you have worked with other agents in the past, you can tell that this agent is working on your best interest. Most agents are done with you after you signed all docs & the deal is done. Gabrielle, keeps checking on you, continues to communicate with you by phone, e-mail & reg mail. She's AWESOME!!! We recommend her and we will continue to do business with her as long as we can or she's available. Thank you! |
