Get to Know Darrin Wixo
gowix came about over the years when I traveled the world locating, negotiating and signing contracts for the wireless tower industry. My experience in so many places, multitude of properties and various people have given me an arsenal of negotiating skill. I am not sold on selling real estate. I believe real estate sells itself. Real estate is the most exciting physical commodity we have on planet earth. Telling, sharing and informing people of this will make people want to buy property. I want to make sure they buy it right, enjoy it to its fullest and sell it better then they bought it.
I have spent 17 years on the west side of the Red River Valley of the Fargo-Moorhead community and 23 years to the east. My wife has raised our children here. I am extensively informed about our home area. I graduated college here, I sit on a University board, I am active with local high school athletics, I volunteer on assorted organizations for causes we all care for. I am an active racquetball, tennis and hockey player. I enjoy the many parks and river frontage with my bike and godog Flip. The world is a changing and evolving place. I wake up knowing that someone is going to tell me something I never even thought I needed to know before the end of the day. I read, I watch, I seek to stay on top of things that will effect my clients. I fear youth and the power it possess in todays world. I seek to embrace what younger, quicker, smarter and much better looking people are doing and am I keeping up? I learned in the wireless phone industrial boom that things change, they never go back and it will slim the amount of people to do it each and everytime. I am going to be slimmer and sleeker each day that I work in Real Estate, I plan to bring my clients with.
