I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income property within the Greater Cincinnati & Northern Kentucky areas. I keep current of all transactions in these areas, and I'm also very knowledgeable with the local schools.
Gary Rossignol has a wealth of experience in real estate, and is well-known and respected by his peers in the industry. As a full-time practitioner in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky since 1986, Gary pioneered buyer brokerage in this area, and has also served as a certified instructor for the states of Ohio and Kentucky, giving numerous Realtor continuing education courses over the years.
Voted Realtor/Salesperson of the Year in 1993 by the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors, Gary Rossignol has been one of the top sales associates for RE/MAX MKR Partners and RE/MAX P&O Company since 1995, and now Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Professional Realty. Gary is the host of a real estate radio talk show "The Rock & Roll Real Estate Hour" for several years in Cincinnati, Ohio every Saturday at 9am on 1480 WDJO AM radio.
