So far I would have to say that finding Investment properties is becoming my niche. I have many investors looking for properties to rent or flip and I have an eye for these type of properties. I look at each one as if I was going to purchase the property myself for an investment. If it is not one that I would buy I will not show my clients. I have several Investment properties under contract right now and many more to come.
