I'm a real estate broker who has personally handled hundreds of real estate transactions on behalf of clients, and overseen as many through the numerous practitioners I have trained, supervised and guided in carrying out their roles exceptionally well. I have helped first time buyers with their first home purchase – from qualifying, to the house hunt, the negotiations, contract preparation, and the ultimate close; homeowners sell to move up, investors exchange into better performing investments, business owners buy their own commercial properties, and practitioners learn the ropes.

What I enjoy the most is the sense of satisfaction derived from helping people realize their American Dream in and through real estate, and the innovations I apply in accomplishing that. This breadth of experience has helped with the development of specialized training programs for practitioners in my charge to multiply the same philosophy with their clients.

I served as corporate broker, broker manager, sales manager, trainer, recruiter and educator and seminar leader for firms like Re/Max, Century 21 and Realty World, with the last firm being Home 4 Less, an innovative firm with a dynamic model for capturing new business throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, and extensive use of the Internet and to that end.

I also have cross-cultural experience handling a variety of real estate and mortgage loan transactions in both Spanish and English, and, in the Filipino community, where I learned the intricacies of dealing with a third culture/language.

As a result of these varied experienced, I volunteered in small business consulting with SBA, wrote two books on the topic of real estate and business management (Spanish), and contributed hundreds of articles in various local magazines and newspapers, and, as of late, blogged online in forums such as Active Rain, Broker Agent Social, Trulia, and Ezine, as an “expert” commentator, on topics relevant to buying, selling, financing and brokerage business.
