Buying or Selling a home is the single largest transaction you will ever be a part of, which is why you shouldn't trust just anyone for the job of being your real estate advocate.


I am an experienced full-time Associate Broker and residential REALTOR® with Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, Ohio's #1 Broker. Since 2006, I have seen the market change and have adapted to it to serve the needs of my clients. Resilience is the key to staying relevant in an industry that gives consumers a lot of options.
As a native Clevelander who grew up in Lakewood (Go Rangers!) I have lived in various parts of Cuyahoga, Lorain and Summit counties, which gives me a broad understanding of multiple home styles, property types and lifestyle settings.

Combine that with the lifestyle of your particular neighborhood, whether it be urban, suburban or rural is all part of what makes a buyer WANT to purchase your home over the competition.
This gives us direction on how to properly market your home. Buyers have options too, so we need to make you stand out above the competition and we do this through preparation (staging), top notch marketing, expert negotiations (Certified Negotiations Expert) and a win-win attitude.

The financial implications of home ownership requires expert counsel for you to make an educated decision. Couple that with the life you envision yourself living and together we can identify the lifestyle, area and neighborhood that will meet your dream home needs. Understanding the buying process and your competition is an integral part of the process as well. We will work together to help make this process fun vs overwhelming or uncertain. All buyers have a level of comfort that I strive to help them reach. It makes the process a much more pleasant experience.

My greatest strengths lie in my ability to keep buyers and sellers informed through a personal and proactive approach, while utilizing the most up to date technologies.
