I always start with a "Buyer Consultation" so that Buyers are comfortable with the overall process -- from setting a budget, to the time-line from beginning the search to Closing day. There's so much more to buying a home than just visiting properties -- understanding the entire process up front prevents unpleasant surprises along the way. This provided me with invaluable experience in Marketing which I can now put to use for the home Sellers that I work with. I have experience successfully marketing homes and townhouses at a variety of price points. Understanding my Clients needs is key -- working in a close partnership with them ensures a good experience throughout the transaction.
