I am a Las Vegas "Native" and have had the opportunity to watch this fabulous valley grow firsthand. My father moved to Las Vegas from California after he met my mother. He was a general contractor and wanted to start a family and a business in a growing city.
My mother began a career in real estate in the 70's while helping my father in the construction business. It soon became a "Family Affair." My sister and I grew up and helped in the family business. I had many passions growing up. I did not think that real estate would be one of them. The one thing I did know was that I liked putting things together, discovering how they worked and I really enjoy helping others. My passion in Real Estate gives me the ability to utilize my knowledge, experience, communication skills and patience to give my clients the highest quality of customer service they deserve.
I have always been an independent person, strong-willed and not afraid to get the job done and do it well!
Originally, I thought that knowledge about real estate would be great to have if only for my own use. After completing Real Estate School in 2000, I purchased a home for myself and started helping my friends buy houses. I thoroughly enjoy meeting people; becoming friends and helping them with the sale or purchase of their homes or investment properties. I enjoyed the all aspects of the Real Estate business, it allows me to utilize many of my talents and abilities to help people. I enjoy what I do and the people I work with on a daily basis and it does not feel like work.

| Holly was fantastic!! As a first time home buyer, we were very naive when we started the process. Holly made sure that we knew what we were getting ourselves into when searching for our first home. She took the time to get to know us and get to know exactly what we were looking for in a house. Over 70 houses later we found one that we loved! Of course we lost a few other ones that we did bid on but who doesn’t. During our search, Holly made sure that we didn’t get into some crappy designed house. She used her knowledge and experience to point out things to stay away from when looking at housing from external designs to the type of plumbing. We would definetly recommend her to anyone! |

| Holly helped us out with our short sale. It was on the market for less than two weeks, got an offer, and sold it as fast as the bank would allow. She took care of everything. She kept us in the loop and made it stress free and easy. We will absolutely be using Holly when we buy our next home. |

| I have known Holly socially for a several years and had casually mentioned my strict requirements with regards to buying a home – which I never thought I would find! One day Holly told me she had a house that met my every requirement! I did not believe her until I actually went to see the house and she was RIGHT! I could not believe it!! Since I had never owned a home I had no idea what to do. Holly was patient with me and not only explained everything but walked me thru every step of the transaction.
