I'm a Home Inspector and Energy Auditor that loves what I do. It's one of the best jobs I think someone can have. I think real estate is very interesting and I'm happy to be a part of it. After years of working on homes I decided to get into Inspecting. I enjoy the fact that I can save people money and make their houses more energy efficient. I still enjoy working on homes and have a small custom woodworking business. I invest allot in Education and have hundreds of hours under my belt.
I mostly do residential but commercial is within my abilities. When I'm not doing home inspections I do Energy Inspections/Audits so I'm always looking at houses. I'm pride myself in being professional and giving the best inspection I can. I use a quality report writing program that produces easy to read reports that is also a good reference for after the purchase.
