4. A verbal presentation of findings at the house or over the phone if you are unable to attend the inspection. We hope that you can be there with us, but in either case we want to make sure that all of your questions are answered.

5. RecallChek - All accessible appliances will be checked against a National Database to determine if there are any Safety Issues, Recalls, etc. This separate report will be generated within 48 hours of the inspection.

6. Pest Inspection for Wood Boring Insects (Termites, Carpenter Ants, Carpenter Bees, etc.).

7. 90 Day Limited Structural & Mechanical Buyer’s Home Warranty.

Buyer must be present for entire inspection. A signed and witnessed HomePro Inspections of RI Corp. release from liability form must be received to initiate the above process.
