Melissa Olson has been serving clients needs as a financial consultant since 1997 with a career in public accounting, corporate tax and audit, and real estate investing.  As an investor, she understands the needs for planning and executing smooth transactions with quality and comfort in client satisfaction.  She is the President of H.O.P.E. Lending LLC, a team of professionals devoted to first class service for our community.

Covering the entire Puget Sound area, we are familiar with real estate investing and professional contacts in surrounding areas to help facilitate your needs.  We are also licensed to originate loans in all 50 states that include residential, commercial, and construction lending.
