Focus should always be on representing the Client, with a capital C. "Representing" means to do my best to counsel and inform the client of contractual processes so that they are able to make informed decisions regarding all aspects of a transaction. I remember it is the Client's money and future, their decision and not mine. I earn my "success fee" by being their advocate/guide through the entire process making it as easy as possible for them. I listen to their needs and desires.
I list and sell residential property throughout the Metro Denver area, counsulting Buyer's and Seller's on methods to reach their goal with the least amount of hassle, within their time frame, for a price acceptable to them,

My expertise includes first-time Buyers, Short sale listings and purchases, listing property in all price ranges. My skills include negotiating, providing property valuation for both Buyers and Sellers. My communication skills are excellent with verbal follow up with written advice.
Most of my transactions are in the Southeast Metro Denver area, but I have transactions in Aurora, Centennial, central Denver, Thornton, Westminster, Aravada, Lafayette, Commerce City, Brighton, Lousiville, Berthoud and Castle Rock (including Castle Pines,) Highlands Ranch, Lakewood, Lafayette, Lonetree, Littleton and Parker. I have lived in the area for over 40 years, watching it grow from a small cow town to a cultural center, from a two lane Interstate called the Valley Highway to a 4-8 lane grid of highways allowing easy access to airports, cultural and sports events and a myriad of eating and entertainment options.
