Interior Solutions has been providing design and organizing solutions for over two years as a business and for a lifetime as indivuduals. We love to help others prepare their homes for sale and our solutions change the way you feel a bout a home. What does that really mean? Well when we prepare a home for sale we'll change the way the buyers feel about the house, by making sure that it appeals to the broadest spectrum of potential buyers, so that they emotional connect with the house and can see themselves moving in. When we do a ReDesign for a dweller, not a seller, we'll use what the home owner already has to create a dream room - changing the way they feel when they fall in love with their own home, again. And when we organize we'll change the home from feeling chaotic to harmonious.
When we work with a vacant home we do this by adding furniture. Only the amount needed and only to enhance the property. This doesn't mean we'll fully furnish the space, but we'll give a little bit to every room that calls for it. You can bet we'll always make the entrance warm and inviting!
When working on a property where the homeowner is staying, we'll walk the client through the concept of becoming a home SELLER instead of a home OWNER. By creating a comprehensive report we'll communicate the possible distractions to buyers, name items that they'll need to pre-pack (for safety and protection), create a design plan to better showcase the home and list any items that need special attention for repairs. If the homeowner is unable to prepare the home on their own, we are willing and able to assist in the execution of any or all of the recommendations. Working together with the homeowner we'll understand the extent of the staging work to be done and stay within their budget.
As an Interior Redesign Industry Specialist (IRIS) and member of National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) we stay current through education and contribute to the promotion and growth of the staging industry. Well help you, home owner or agent, with integrity and honesty, and like your home we'll stand out from the competition.
