Keep buyer's financial capabilities / thoughts confidential unless authorized to disclose. Create a team of professionals on buyer's behalf to facilitate the buying process and coordinate between members of that team to ensure a smooth transaction. Assist in obtaining financing Review and explain forms and agreements Provide access to the MLS and non MLS listed properties via email or fax and arrange showings for identified properties. Accompany Buyers to all showings and critique homes even advise buyers not to buy homes that are not suitable for them. Prepare Comparative Market Analyses and analyze data to establish the worth of the property. Research property and Sellers. Research the Builder in New Construction. Review Specifications and Allowances in New Construction. Write the Offer with the buyer' best interest in mind. Negotiate on behalf of the buyers for best price and terms. Coordinate documents between all parties Accompany buyers to the home inspection and advise and re-negotiate based on the outcome. Review the Purchase and Sale document. Set up the final walk through and address issues that may arise. Accompany and represent the buyer at closing. Coordinate the transfer of Keys to the buyer. Promote and protect interest of the buyer at all times

Keep seller's financial information/ thoughts confidential unless authorized to disclose. Create a team of professionals on seller's behalf to facilitate the selling process and coordinate between members of that team to ensure a smooth transaction. Create a marketing strategy to ensure a quick sale at the optimum price. Review and explain forms and agreements Arrange Open House and showings for the property. Contact buyers or their representatives for feed back on the showing. Prepare Comparative Market Analyses and analyze data to establish the worth of the property. Verified that the buyers are pre-approved Write the Offer with the sellers' best interest in mind. Negotiate on behalf of the sellers for best price and terms. Coordinate documents between all parties Attend all home inspections and advise the seller based on the outcome. Review the Purchase and Sale document. Set up the final walk through and address issues that may arise. Accompany and represent the seller at closing. Coordinate the transfer of Keys to the buyer. Promote and protect interest of the seller at all times
