"Local Lore" can be a market of expertise! I have lived in the Mystic/Stonington area of Southeastern Connecticut most of my life, raised four kids here, enjoyed the Long Island Sound via sail/motor boats, now kayaks and the local beaches.
Real Estate, a full time job, that I love and have been doing for over 20 years.
Helping the first time home buyer or the young family buy a home is always an awesome experience. Helping them through the hurdles of Real Estate for me, even after years of doing it, is still exciting. The relocation person coming or going out of state can also present some headaches and heartaches that I can help them work through.
