I have been crawling around houses for many years now. First as a pest control/inspection technician and now as a home and pest inspector. I have received training through the Nevada state certification system as well as from two prominent and respected Master Home Inspectors/Licensed General Contractors.
I have also been gaining education from classes and seminars around the area as well as my many educational opportunities offered through my membership in the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). I really enjoy inspecting and I will take the time to do it right, and give you the information you and your clients need to make the best decisions.
I am now offering infrared thermography scans for home and commercial buildings. The infrared camera and our analysis of the thermal images can offer further information about a wide variety of building concerns to include energy efficiency, moisture penetration and air infiltration to name a few.

I am a Nevada state certified inspector of structures - Master as well as a Nevada state licensed pest control/inspection provider. I also am certified to perform wood burning device air quality compliance inspections in Washoe county.
