I graduated from the United States Naval Academy with a degree in Economics.   For the past 15 years I have been involved in the Real Estate business here in Northern Virginia as both a Realtor and as an appraiser.   As a Residential Appraiser, I have completed thousands of valuations on properties in Fairfax, Loudoun and Prince William Counties.  Representing clients as a Realtor, I enjoy the art of negotiating, but realize the leverage an advanced understanding of the market can offer.  As a listing agent, I approach the question of price very analytically with statistical support and market driven data.
