John has 23 years of business experience, from insurance to real estate to restaurants, primarily focused in the areas of management, sales, negotiations and marketing.

He cut his teeth in the real estate business in Florida at a time when the market was just beginning to fall off. He quickly obtained his broker's license and formed his own brokerage firm. He was consistently ranked in the top 10% of agents in the Orlando regional real estate market before his relocation to North Carolina.

He has demonstrated an affinity for obtaining results, through an unwavering work ethic and a keen ability to listen to people and assess their desired goals and objectives. He speaks his mind at all times. His friends, family and clients always know where they stand with him and will always get the truth from him. He will always tell people what they need to hear, not what they want to hear.

He assists home buyers and sellers ethically and with dignity and professionalism, always remembering that it is THEIR needs and wants that are the most important element in any transaction. he is a loyal as the day is long and believes that doing what is right ALWAYS outweighs anything else, even polical correctness.

I provide services to all buyers and sellers, although if I had to talk about an area of expertise it would be specific to an ability I possess that can assist my clients, not the types of clients themselves.  As much as I love to talk about real estate, I like to listen to people talk about themselves even more.  The ability to really listen to others, enables me to connect to people in a genuine way, on a personal level, and in a manner that makes them feel comfortable feeling like they are working with a realtor who is there to protect and promote their best interests at all times.
