I try to specialize in Stark County real estate. I live in Canton South, and pretty much have since my high school years. The only exception was during my enlistment for a 4 year stint in the Marine Corps as an Aviation Electronics Technician. I've always felt fortunate to have been able to serve my country and am a Viet Nam veteran.
In my market area are 21 specific MLS areas, however all the areas are so close that I find myself representing buyers and sellers in the following areas: Lake/Hartville/Uniontown, Jackson, Perry, Canton, North Canton, East Canton, Louisville, Plain, Canal Fulton, Tuslaw, Marlington, Fairless, Minerva, Sandy Valley, and Alliance. All of the areas are within a 20 minute drive, so it is always a pleasure to find myself in each of them. Someone once said: "North, south, east, or west, it matters not where you roam, HOME is always best". I love my home in Stark County, Ohio but I also do love to roam while vacationing throughout this great country of ours.
Besides being a people oriented person, I have also always been a very detail oriented person. I believe that is one of the most important aspects needed by a good agent during their real estate career. Real estate transactions are an involved process of a chain of events. There are dozens of steps to be navigated and completed during a real estate transaction, not just one or two such as finding a property and signing a purchasing agreement. Behind the scenes are perhaps 50 more such as making sure financing is in place, title work, deeds, restrictions, negotiations, home inspections, tons of paperwork, etc. I like to make the experience of buying and selling a property an enjoyable one for my clients by personally taking care of the myriad detail. You would be hard pressed to find someone that is more detail oriented than me when it comes to making sure your transaction goes smoothly.
I continually strive to improve on my knowledge and understanding when it comes to real estate. In order to best represent my clients, I dedicate a lot of extra effort so that I may give the best possible representation to my clients, whether they be buyers or sellers. While many agents are scrambling to get the state mandated 30 hours of continuing education classes in before each licensing deadline, I generally have over 100 hours and more. If there is a class, you can be pretty sure I will be taking it in order to stay up to date in this rapidly changing market.
You can be assured you will receive 100% of my dedicated efforts for your own real estate transaction. How may I help you?
Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) Designation. I continually upgrade my skills and expertise by both investing and reinvesting my time and resources into becoming more knowledgeable each day in every way that I can. I have taken the special training in order to be accredited with the ABR designation in order to more fully serve both buyers and sellers. In order to successfully work to sell a home, it is of the utmost importance to be able to attract and work with buyers.
The financial and fiduciary duties that I continually strive to give towards my clients dictates that I must be loyal, obedient, and accountable, while maintaining the strictest of confidentiality about my clients personal interests. I take the utmost of care and concern while representing my clients, making sure of full disclosure of anything I know about a transaction so that my clients will have all the facts in order to allow them to make the best decisions.
I constantly study local market conditions and trends so my clients will have the most up to date market statistics. By keeping up to date with that information, it allows me to be a tough and skilled negotiator on behalf of my clients.
