I’ve been in the real estate game since 2004, and in marketing even longer. My background includes time at Nabisco, Ernest & Julio Gallo, and May Department Stores, where I helped launch their e-commerce division before it was cool. I’ve built top-ranked websites, led marketing teams, and coached hundreds of agents through the chaos of modern marketing.

Today, I operate a boutique-style consultancy within Coldwell Banker Realty. It’s designed to give agents personalized, high-impact support without the fluff. No generic templates. No buzzword bingo. Just smart strategy, clear messaging, and a little creative firepower.
