Jeff Lichtenstein, is by his own account, a mild mannered, but workaholic real estate broker dedicated to his customers. 

 

With an outstanding reputation for honesty and good work, Jeff works an average of 80 hours per week.  For the past 4 consecutive years, Jeff, who specializes in the communities of BallenIsles, Mirasol, Mirabella, & PGA National has marketed & sold more homes successfully in Palm Beach Gardens than any other Realtor.

Jeff has 2 full time sales associates and a full time closing coordinator working for him presently which enables him to give great service and not let anything fall through the cracks.

 

Jeff joined Waterfront Properties & Club Communities in 2000.  Prior to that he was Vice President of Sales for 9 years for a $60 million dollar home furnishings converter, servicing the furniture, drapery, and bedspread trades.  He had a sales force of 10 and traveled 60% of the time throughout the United States and was based in Chicago where he grew up.  His business background has proven invaluable during his real estate career, allowing him to think outside the box and close a high percentage of deals. 

 

Jeff has been in nearly every conceivable type of selling situation, and that experience gives a maturity and confidence that serves his clients well.  Jeff went to college at Syracuse where he met his wife Veronica and earned his degree in Business Administration.  

 

Having Midwest Values, Jeff then moved his family to Florida, following his parents there after his Dad sold his business in Chicago and retired.  Jeff and Veronica have 2 children, Sam 9 and Jade 4.
