Honolulu Property Manager. Even though RE/MAX Kai Lani is located in Kailua, the bedroom community of Honolulu, I will manage your Rental Home or Rental Apartment anywhere on the Island. I am a "professional" in every sense of the word. I will not work with you as a selller's agent, nor will I work with you as a buyer's agent. I will work with you as a professional Honolulu Property Manager. I will put great tenants in your home, I will inspect your home to make certain that it is well maintained and I will provide you a monthly statement of your account to help you keep track of your investment. I will keep you always informed as every Honolulu Property Manager should. When it comes time for your tenant to check out, I will do so making sure that the tenant leaves your home as it was when he moved in. I know the Landlord Tenant Code of the State of Hawaii as a professional Honolulu Property Manager must, but I know it better. I served on the Hawaii Association of Realtors Legislative Committee for five years, one year as the Chair. I served as the Chair of the Government Affairs Committee at the National Level for the National Association of Rental Property Managers, NARPM. In fact, I was the NARPM volunteer of the Year for 2007 because of the progress we made with the Government Affairs Committee. You might as well use the BEST! I know Hawaii laws, rules and regulations. I am a Honolulu Property Manager of high caliber and will do a great job taking care of your rental home.

I am an active member of NARPM, the National Association of Rental Property Managers. I will provide recommendations to your client concerning any work that might need to be done to a property to make it renter friendly.

In fact, should your client ever tell me as their Property Manager that they are buying another property, or selling the property I manage, or selling any other property they might own, you will get an immediate phone call from me letting you know what YOUR client is thinking!
