I have been working with my wife, Sara, since 1994.  Prior to that I worked putting buyers and sellers together since 1971.  Up until 1990 I was located in Vancouver, British Columbia.  There I handled single family homes, Multi family residential properties, land assemblies for residential development and a townhome development from land purchase, syndication, financing, design and eventual sales.  My Canadian Brokers license allowed me to run an office for a large national Real Estate company.

On moving to Vancouver WA in 1990 I worked for Whitfield Bernhart and its successors for 14 years and moved to Keller Williams in January 2005.  My wife and I enjoy working with single family homes, townhomes and condos.  We can handle rural properties and land but may choose to get the help of a fellow Realtor who has recent local experience.  We are in our 60s so work well with older people.  We understand the bafflement that many people have with technology, recent legislation, changed business methods and communication styles and are able to act as a buffer for those unwilling to deal with them.

We both have the major designations; GRI -Graduate of the Realtor Institute, CRS - Certified Residential Specialist and ABR  - Accredited Buyer Representative.

I am one of the few Realtors whose testimony is accepted in the local court system.
