| To Whom It May Concern, Jean Hanley has handled real estate transactions for me over the last few years. Jean was very detail oriented and aware of all my needs. Responding to any questions I had in a very timely fashion. As I live in another state, it was comforting to know everything would be taken care of. Jean was the property manager for one of the properties, taking care to retain a good renter, seeing to repairs that needed to be done, and insuring the property stayed in good condition under her watch. | ...I've bought a couple of houses in Sun City in the last couple of years....both from Jean. On both occasions Jean worked hard to find us the right properties to meet our needs. Duing the closing process, Jean efffectively helped us navigate the perils and pitfalls of the close process. | Jean i wanted to thank you for all your patience in helping me find a House. You stuck with me all those months, showing me Property after Property till finally we found the house i never thought i would or could own.
