He lives in Glenwood Springs with his wife Deborah,their baby Kate, their dog, and two cats. As an exclusive buyer's agent, I only represent your best interests in the transaction. My job is to listen to your needs and wants, go out and actively seek out the best home for you, and agressively negotiate the best possible price for you.
Once you have a property under contract, I advise you on all of the inspections and other aspects of due dilligence you should consider. My goal is not to sell you a particular house, but rather to help you find the perfect property for you, regardless of which real estate company is marketing it.
You will receive automatic email notifications the second a new property is listed that might fit your criteria. I also search through foreclosure listings and network with other agents to find properties that may not have been listed yet.
If you are out of the area, I can take additional photos and videos of properties to give you a true representation of properties you are interested in before you come out in person.
I have experience in working with banks on foreclosed and short sale properties from both the buyer and seller side and can help you navigate this potentially tricky process.
