Get to know Jim Hirschhorn
With 20 years of Customer Service experience, Jim's number one goal is to ensure satisfaction every step of the way. His background includes work in the Hospitality Industry with companies including; The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, Marriott Hotels, Planet Hollywood and Siemens Westinghouse. Jim has held roles as a Training Manager, Hotel Operations Manager and Technical Trainer.
Jim is a graduate of Temple University in Philadelphia, PA where he received a Bachelors Degree in Communications. He spent time as a Disc Jockey for AM Radio in the Philadelphia and Delaware markets. He currently lives in Windermere with his girlfriend of six years.
Jim's previous role was serving as the Technical Trainer and Sales Manager for Watson Realty Corp's. Southwest Orlando office. In addition, he attained the Sales Associate level of President's Club in 2004 & 2005.
Jim is currently the Managing Broker and Partner of Real Living Real Estate Solutions where he hopes to provide excellent leadership, professionalism and integrity.

I don't think of myself as a salesperson. My background is in Customer Service and I truly enjoy providing unprecedented levels of service to my customers. We have all had excellent service in a Denny's and horrible service at a Ritz-Carlton. Anyone can have a bad day. Customer Service is all about anticipating someone's needs BEFORE they know that they have a need. Have you ever had your coffee cup or water glass filled up when at a restaurant and not remember seeing the server? That is what it is all about (although, in Real Estate, I would like my customers to See me!)
