Get to Know Jim Steele
Jim lives in the Trinity area with his wife, Lori and his daughter Sydney. His son Ryan has started his college career at UCF. Jim enjoys real estate because he really likes meeting new people and he enjoys the fact the every day is a new adventure. His clients stay with him because he is meticulous about following up and will always do whatever it takes to make them clients for life. When he sells a home for a customer it is a new friendship for him. Jim enjoys music, he sings and plays guitar and piano, sports and is an avid golfer.

| Jim met with me on several occasions when I was visiting my daughter and her husband in Florida. My wife and I were looking for a retirement home. Jim took the time to show us homes whenever we would visit and he was pretty much at our disposal. We made an offer on a home and the owner would not accept our final offer. Jim held firm and did not try to convince us to purchase the home. He said it was overpriced. We finally found a home and worked with Jim to get the home of our dream on a short sale. I would highly recommend Jim to anyone that is looking to purchase a home or condo. He is knowledgeable and well aware of true home value in Florida. |

| I only had 30 days to find and buy a house (especially jumping through the hoops during the closing process) and move! I had limited funds to add to the stress! Jim was very understanding, respectful, patient and very easy to work with. He stepped up to the plate to make it happen. During the search we faced a couple of difficulties, especially the nail biting situation when we found ourselves competing against other offers on a particular foreclosed home I fell in love with! Jim thought it through carefully and with much wisdom in regard to making that blind offer to the bank. Two days later Jim called to congratulate me that we won the bid!!! Jim gently nudged the title company to speed up the closing process because of my urgency to move, which they responded in God speed and we closed in time! That is the reason he deserves all 5 stars! |
