The process of buying or selling a new home is tedious enough without having to worry that you might discover major damage a few months down the road (buying) or that your asking price will be reduced due to unforeseen damage discovered at closing (selling).

Home inspectors have become an increasingly important part of a growing number of real estate transactions.  In fact, over 80 percent of all buyer/seller transactions involve a home inspector.  The reason for this is simply that a home inspector is a buyer's or seller's first line of defense when trying to protect their fiscal and physical health.  A well-trained home inspector can help you prevent making a costly real estate mistake, or a home inspector can simply validate that the property's checked systems and structure are in good conditon.  Whatever the diagnosis, an experienced home inspector is your most important alli to assure that you are, in fact, getting what you pay for if buying, and will get what you ask if selling.

Alert! Home Inspections offers inspection services designed to arm you with the information you need to make an informed decision.  We work side-by-side with our clients to privide honest, thorough, and competitvely-priced inspections that are backed by our quality assurance guarantee.  Call us today, and find out what makes Alert! Home Inspections one of the most trusted names for home inspections in the greater South Atlanta area.

Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult.  Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me.  Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and yes, different pricing.

One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work, alot of work.  Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the indivdual inspector's own effort.  If you honor me by permitting me to inspect your new home, I guarantee that I will give you my very best effort.

This I Promise You.
