I originally started my real estate career as a weekend Receptionist for a Brokerage Firm in the Madison area. This led to being hired as an assistant for one of the top agents and then earning my Real Estate License in 1994. After relocating to the Wausau Area in 1998, I basically started over in the building of my business. In 2003 I obtained my Broker's License and in January 2008 became the Broker/Owner of HOMZ4U2, LLC. Believing in continuing my education, I have obtained the following designations over the years: ABR, CRS, GRI, and SRES. I also served as the Membership Chair for 2 1/2 years for the Wisconsin CRS Chapter and was named CRS of the Year in 2008. Prior to starting my real estate career I earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration and International Studies from the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point. Some of my community involvement consists of being a Loaned Executive and Campaign Manager for the Marathon County United Way as well as donating my hair to the Locks of Love.

Working with first time home buyers, as well as first time home sellers, is extremely rewarding. I enjoy walking them through each step of the way so they know what to expect. Should any surprises occur we are than able to handle them with ease. I also tend to work as a Buyer's Agent with the majority of the Buyers that I help.
