I started out in Real Estate in the Prescott Area of Arizona. Moving to Southwest Florida in the early 90's I expanded my knowledge from the Rural Az experience I had to include Urban Southwest and then Southeastern Florida and earned my brokers license along the way. Then in the late 90's I returned home to the Chicago area of the midwest, where I had grown up, due to my wifes job transfer. It was there that I expanded my real estate practice and added appraising, becoming a Certified residential appraiser in addition to being a broker. Moving back to my adopted state of Florida in 2004 I settled in Jacksonville where I started Personal Service Realty.
My real estate practice is focused on marketing, sales and consulting, including valuation of residential real estate. With the background and experience of many market areas and real estate cycles I have an extensive background and ability to offer that input to my clients and customers. Prior to starting Personal Service Realty I spent time with 3 of the major franchises and found that while they do have name recognition it is up to the individual agent to give the service they want to be known for. My philosophy is that I will provide the type of service that I would want to receive. With this in mind my goal is to make the sale or purchase of your next home as informed and pleasant an experience as possible through information, education follow up and Personal Service.
