I have always done what has made me happy.
From cutting lawns in Philadelphia when I was 12 years old to selling the most cookies in a school contest...I have always been driven.
I served our great country in the United States Navy as a Corpsman. I continued my education to truly help people by getting my R.N. (Registered Nurse). I am still licensed in Pennsylvania and New York.
I decided to run and operate my own business for about 5 years and sold it. It wasn't what I truly wanted to do.
I then became a Realtor. I love it. It is very similar to nursing. I am getting someone from one point to the other. I am helping families and I am doing what I want to do. And I am doing it well. I am recognized within my company as a consistent TOP PRODUCER. Once again, I have always done what makes me happy.
In 2008, I am furthering my Real Estate Career into Commercial, Industrial and Real Estate Investments.

Besides being a Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Specialist, I am a certified Senior Real Estate Specialist and pride myself in assisting seniors with their real estate needs. I also pride myself with the knowledge and drive to create and build informational websites for both real estate clients as well as non-for-profit organizations. I also have my own marketing group which connects local contractors and services to local consumers who need them. I love to educate and motivate people around me, and this is my strongest attribute. This is what makes me successful...Just being myself. I also handled national relocation with a "hands on approach" to pre-screen my clients with the right real estate agent. I love helping people and I love making a good life out of it.
