I am commissioned in the states of Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa. I travel a radius of 125 miles of La Crescent, MN. I passed the loan signing course and was Certified through the National Notary Association in 2003. I have had a few criminal background checks completed Including the one by the NNA and will provide certified copies of the results to you upon request. I completed over 3,200 loan closings and I do keep up-to-date on all notarial laws in the states in which I work. I am available for signings between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturday and Sundays 1:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m. I am experienced in 1st and 2nd mortgages, Refinances, HELOCs, Purchase (borrower, seller, both), and Reverse mortgages. I also have the Minnesota Loan Closers License
