After two dozen years working in IT and financial services in three continents, Jolenta Averill returned to her hometown of Madison Wisconsin in late 2003 to pursue her dream of starting a real estate brokerage firm. After five years as a top-producing Realtor at Restaino Bunbury & Associates and with the testimonials of her many valued clients to back her, Jolenta proudly launched her own brokerage firm, Lake & City Homes Realty, on January 1st, 2009.
