My independent real estate office emphasizes our knowledge and experience and acts as the primary resource for information and services to buyers and sellers.  Five years ago, I left a national real estate company because I was dissatisfied with the company's emphasis on 'bottom line real estate' and the loss of individual attention and personal service to clients and customers. I learned from my husband, who was a neighborhood pharmacist for 35 years, that when someone puts their trust in you, you must return that confidence with full measure of effort and commitment.  As the world of real estate changes, I have put my emphasis on being able to provide the best information and the highest level of integrity.  I require these qualities in all of the seventeen realtors in my office and refer only those ancillary services that do the same.  A complete knowledge of the local community and trends in value and price are essential to providing this level of service.  I have served seven years on Lynn's Community Development Board, was elected to the Lynn School Committee for five terms, member of the Realty Guild (N.E.independent realtors association).  My designations are ABR, CRB and SRES.  The Senior Real Estate Specialist is extremely important as the population ages and decisions must be made for moving, downsizing, assisted living or all the other options that seniors need to consider and understand. Recently, I purchased an abandoned library, renovated it, moved the office so I can offer all the persons who grew up in Lynn, a walk down memory lane when they visit or do business at 'The Library'.
