In the current challenging market that we are facing, having the right representation as a buyer is more crucial than ever. Being a buyer’s agent today means having a thorough understanding of the short sale process, the foreclosure market, and the statistics and trends of the day, week, or month. As a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), I have made a career out of SUCCESSFULLY representing buyers by constantly educating, setting appropriate expectations, and providing guidance on the most effective strategies as well as the most impactful risks. I use a non-“sales” approach in the sense that I never use high-pressure sales tactics. Instead, I advise on value and “fit” for each specific client. My clients consider me to be their advocate and at the the close of a transaction, many clients have eventually become my close friends. My relationships and follow-up with other agents in the market place has allowed me to help clients obtain properties at prices significantly below market and in some cases to generate 20-30% cash on cash returns for investors. As a numbers guy, when working with investors, I am able to educate them on cash flows, return on investments, and risk management. And remember, as a buyer, your representation is paid for by the seller!
