Currently we are having success working with investors and private money for the purpose of buy&sells or buy&holds.  Being on the "front lines", we have gained a unique insight into how buyers think which is very valuable when not all properties are selling!  This has also allowed us to also do BPOs for several organizations.

Commercial transactions that include lease negotiations, the selling of business opportunites, and the sale of commercial buildings are a few other examples of our services. 

With the current market, we have had to be more creative.  Rent/Lease to Own, Land Sale contracts, seller carry backs all allow families to acheive their dream of homeownership.  Having over a decade of experience, we have the experience to handle potential buyers that fall short of conventional financing.  In our community we are lending our support to many non-profit organizations in the fields of housing, youth mentoring, parents of disabled children, schools, neighborhood associations, and immigrant rights.
