After receiving a medical retirement from law enforcement in 2003, I decided to begin a career in real estate and I have not looked back.
The Petsche Group is comprised of full-time real estate professionals whose primary focus is to consult with you on your real estate options and help you come to the decision that makes sense for you. Our internal and external team members have over 100 years of combined real estate industry experience and each person plays a vital role during a successful transaction.
The Petsche Group is operates their business through Pacific Real Estate & Mortgage Group in Corona where I am also the Managing Partner for the real estate division.

I have been involved in over 350+ real estate transactions as either the primary hiring agent or Broker of record for clients.
I hold the designation of SFR (Short Sale Foreclosure Resource) and Certified HAFA Specialist (CHS), which means I have received advanced tranining in the area of distressed home selling and HAFA incentive Short Sales. I'm also certified in the area of Probate Real Estate and now hold the designation of CPRES (Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist).
