Get to know Joseph (Joe) Pieretti
People go into the real estate profession for many reasons. Some to make "extra money", some think they're "people persons", some think it's easy. To understand my reasons, you need to know my history. My family owned a company called Brookdale Beverage Company. If you're from New Jersey, most of you grew up with Brookdale Soda and have your favorite "Brookdale Story". During those years, my dad exposed me to business from the bottom - up! I learned about operations, manufacturing, union negotiating, research and development, marketing, sales and customer service. After the business was sold, my wife and I opened a retail liquor and wine shop, where all of those experiences were well utilized.
When everything was sold, I knew I was too young to retire. I felt that my many, many years of management, customer service, operations, sales, union negotiations, etc. gave me the tools, qualities and skills that go into being excellent real estate professional.
Integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective leadership skills and a high-quality professional network, are the hallmarks of how I work.
