Since February 12, 1989 I've been involved in Mortgage Lending. I've worked in just about every phase there is regarding residential real estate financing. I truly love what I do. As I've said, all mortgage loans are exactly the same. All have a Mortgage Instrument, Note, Assignment, etc. But, they are all completely different in that each client's needs and life experiences are uniquely their own. You may have 2 newlywed couples buying their first home, but one has moved from Seattle and the others from just down the street. I enjoy helping people. I'd never make it in a back room all day going through file folders. I thrive on personal contact. I want to get to know my clients, not just provide a loan
