We take a SYSTEMATIC approach to inspecting each home. I strongly encourage the client to be present at the home inspection to explain the results of the home inspection with them. I encourage questions from my clients and will strive to explain everything in an easy-to-understand way. There are no 'dumb questions'.
Buying a home is a major investment and we want to give you the insight to make the right choice.
John did an excellent job with our home inspection. He was meticulous and detailed. His explanations were such that even as a novice, I fully understood each issue. Additionally, he was prompt with his final report...and this was during the NFL playoffs!
