Get to Know Julie O'Connell
I started my career in 2004 fulfilling a life long interest in real estate including investing in real estate. I was able to fulfill the requirements to obtain my broker's license by completing the number of required transactions in half the time typical of most agents. I believe that providing a high level of service to my customers is paramount to building a successful and sustainable business. I am a strong believer in continuing to develop my skills and I actively pursue furthering my education beyond what is required to keep my license current.
Certifications
I am a certified Buyer's Agent, which on Long Island is cutting edge. I work particularly well with first time buyers helping them navigate through the complex home buying process; customers who are ready to move sell their homes and buy a new home skillfully negotiating the deal and by being very thorough anticipating any issues and dealing with them before they become problems; working with elderly clients who may have been out of the market for many years. With long time involvement in the equine world, from polo to eventing, I know well the needs and wants of this specialized market.
