Whether it is through my website NewMontrealRealEstate.com or one of the many other social networks that I am a part of, I take pride in being one of the few Realtors in Montreal with a strong internet presence. Although I am new to the business, I’ve always been driven, my desire to be the best at what I do prevailing in my career, and is apparent in the way that I work. I’ve had the privilege of working under the mentorship of Denis Comeau and Paul Martinelli, a respected team in the field of Real Estate, which has proven equivalent to years of experience.

With over 320 million users, Facebook is the largest social Networking venue in the world and the seventh most visited website by Canadians. It’s a great place to get quick updates on Listings, Open houses, Web updates, as well as a great place get to know me a little better.

Realtors Night Out, I’ve mentioned that I love this City, and I love a good night out on the town. The Montreal Lifestyle section of NewMontrealRealEstate.com is quickly growing to become my favourite part of the Website. It is a section in which I am permitted to list my top choices in Montreal Dinning, Clubs, Lounges, Bars, and so on. Periodically we will be having a “Realtors Night out” which in short will result in a Note on Facebook’s Justin Comeau REALTOR© page about the evening accompanied by pictures, reviews and any changes that have been made to “our favourites” listed on NewMontrealRealEstate.com. It’s a fun way to learn a little about how I live, and a great Resource for my out of town clients buying in this wonderful City.

For those of you who aren’t familiar with Twitter: Twitter is a social networking / micro-blogging service that allows users to send and read  text-based posts of up to 140 characters, these posts are known as tweets. If you choose to subscribe or “follow” a user on twitter then you become one of that user’s “followers” and receive their “tweets” on your Twitter Home Page.

I too am fairly new to Twitter and plan to use it in a different way than I do my Facebook Account. Following me on Twitter is a great way to learn a little about me and my life (in and out of the office). Twitter is a brilliant venue for posting information pertaining to my listings, open houses, client updates, and so on but it also serves as a great venue for a slightly less formal look into what’s going on in my day.

YouTube, the fifth most visited website by Canadians is a page that enables members to upload videos for the world to see. The site currently has over 100 million viewers and has over 14 billion videos watched. Appropriately, YouTube will be where I house all videos pertaining to my Real Estate Career

Beginning in January 2010, the Justin Comeau Realtor channel on YouTube (along with NewMontrealRealEstate.com) will house everything from Video Blogs to Property Tours.

I founded this Website with Leighton James of L2 Consulting Group Inc as a “one stop shop” for everything Real Estate in Montreal. Our site unlike others I’ve seen is not just that of a Realtor promoting his/her services, but will continue to grow as a page about our city, and everything it has to offer. The site provides many useful tools for clients.

About Me – If you haven’t learnt enough about me through my various posts (whether they be via text or video), the “about me” at NewMontrealRealEstate.com provides a good amount of information about who I am as a realtor.

Montreal Lifestyle – This is where all of our (meaning the NewMontrealRealEstate.com team’s) favourite spots are listed. Restaurants, Clubs, Lounges and so on, they’re all here. What began as a tool for out of town buyers visiting the city is quickly becoming a useful resource for Montreal Residents as well.

What’s My Home Worth – A great way for home owners to get a free, no obligation, home evaluation. The page offers a fairly simple form, shortly after filling out the required information you will receive a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) of your property.
