Hi, my name is Justus Anderson with Guaranteed Rate and my goal is to help clients make informed real estate financing decisions. I have been a certified mortgage planner since 2002.

I have worked for big banks, small banks, owned a brokerage and managed correspondent lending offices for others. Regardless of the changes I have made with lending partners over the years, one thing remains constant: My word is my bond and I continue to grow my business one client and one referral at a time by caring and maintaining a long-term mortgage philosophy and not treating  people as transactions.

I believe the foundation of personal finance is more about creating and maintaining good habits and less about the actual numbers. I show clients how to implement a mortgage plan that allows for cash flow, that ensures the safety of principle and maximizes tax benefits of home ownership.

I never recommend my clients to do something without asking if that financial advice would be suitable for me or for my family.  My Primary Goal to say YES.

You should feel relieved that I am not like traditional salespeople drawing a salary. I do not make or charge a penny unless I can say YES to your loan. I don’t work typical banker hours or cross-sell you a credit card, CD, savings acct or auto loan and your loan is never more work on my desk, but instead a chance to help someone finance their dream

When you are ready to buy a house I believe you should really think about only working with someone whose sole purpose is to find a way to say YES to you and their sole income is dependent on their ability to do just that.
