My highest priority is providing you the best experience when financing your home. This is an important consideration when selecting your Loan Officer. I carefully monitor the number of clients I represent, in order to provide them with the highest level of service and attention, before, during and after the loan process. This level of service is important in the home loan experience.
I am dedicated to providing superior service; I am warm, enthusiastic and take pride in my work, which has resulted in lasting friendships, repeat customers and personal referrals.
I have a long list of satisfied clients, available for referrals. Taking the time to understand my individual client's needs, financial goals and communication styles, make for a smooth and successful transaction. I believe that the best relationships are built on trust and mutual respect.
I have been serving the residential lending needs of clients for 15 years. I have been at Landmark since 1997. I have been a constant top producing loan officer while at Landmark. Landmark is a wonderful place to work, it is more like a family than a job.
My family and I live in south Salem where I am an active member of the community. My Husband, Buddy & I have 4 children all in different stages of their lives. We have an 21 year old that is on his own and attending college in Portland, We have a 19 year old recently graduated from South High, and a daughter, 12 at Leslie Middle School and a 9 year old son at Mckinley Elementary.
I have been in the mortgage industry since 1993 and with Landmark Mortgage since 1997. I enjoy helping first time home buyers realize their dream of home ownership. Contrary to the negative media, this can still be done. There are several first time home buyer programs still around. Government lending, FHA, VA, USDA, and Oregon VA are my specialties.
I also enjoy helping my fellow loan officers structure files to benefit their clients in the best possible way.
The lending world has changed today as a result of the more relaxed lending standards of the last few years. We have returned to the more conservative approach, for me its just like returning to the early '90's and what I "grew up" on. It's not a bad thing, I now have more opportunity to be the educator and not just an order taker.
It is now, more important than ever, to have a mortgage professional that understands and follows all the new guidelines for appraisals and new timelines involved in the home loan process. A knowledgeable loan officer will help make sure that your closing still goes smoothly.
Landmark Mortgage has been serving the lending needs of the Willamette Valley since 1983. I specialize in FHA, VA, ODVA, RD and conventional financing. I am also icensed in Washington State to help y
