I am a certified stager with an additional certificate for eco-friendly staging.  I come to you with over 15 years of sales and marketing experience and formal art and design education.  The two have joined forces to produce someone who is very driven to get your property sold with an eye for merchandising it to its fullest potential. 

I stay with a property and monitor its progress beyond the staging.  I attend the open house for any design or layout expertise a potential buyer may need.   I become part of the sales team to any degree the agent is comfortable.  I also have a vast collection of antiques and accessories for added interest in any setting.

I am now the official Downsizing Expert for 3 senior living facilities in the Greater Portland area.  I deal with the dispersement of possessions (whether for auction, donation, recycling or keeping for family members) and I help plan the new space with favorite furnishings and memorabilia of the homeowner.  Special attention is paid to this very life changing move.
