Use my knowledge and experience of the Orange County market to find the right home for you. Evaluate your specific needs and wants and locate properties that fit those specifications. Assist you in determining the amount you can afford and show properties in that price range. Assist in viewing properties-accompany you or preview on your behalf to insure the identified specifications are met. Research the selected properties to identify any problems or issues in order to help you make an informed decision prior to making an offer to purchase. Prepare a market analysis on a property of interest and advise you on structuring an appropriate offer to purchase. Negotiate on behalf of YOU - with your best interests in mind. Assist in securing appropriate financing for the property. Provide a list of potential qualified vendors (i.e. Attorneys, movers, landscapers, carpenters, etc.) if these services are needed. Most importantly, fully represent the buyer throughout the real estate transaction.

I provide community information, school reports train and bus schedules, summer guides and so much more. Q: "Do you cover all of Orange County?" A: Yes, I do and have years of experience. Q: "How much do all of these services cost?" A: The great news is that in almost all cases, my fee is paid for by the seller. If you choose an unrepresented property, then my fee can be built into the transaction.
