We work with all budgets!   Basic Consultation for the "Do-It-Yourself" Homeowner An overall assessment of your home, beginning at curbside, is given. An Action Plan is  created which outlines suggested changes. We include the "Top Ten" Priority Report that assigns a prioritized system for improving first impressions, creating focal points and emphasizing positive features. The consultation generally lasts from 11/2 to 2 hours. While this is not an actual staging session, you will have an outline that you can follow to better stage your home. A no-obligation quote for staging by GreatStages will also be prepared and included in the consultation packet.   Home Staging Packages ·         ½ Day Staging This service is for those who want professional expertise and assistance. We spend 4 hours creating a warm and neutral environment that will appeal to potential buyers. ·         Full Day Staging Let us help you make a dramatic difference in transforming your home. We have many options available: Staging using only your furniture and accessories, staging with your furniture and newly purchased accessories or staging with GreatStages accessories and/or rental furniture. ·         Vacant Home Staging This option can be customized based upon your individual needs. We focus on main rooms with the option of enhancing additional spaces upon request. We have developed partnerships with furniture suppliers that allow us to present a theme that best enhances your home. In addition, our large inventory of home décor items is used to further create warm and inviting spaces. The Vacant Home Staging Package includes consultation, supervision of furniture delivery and placement, staging and de-staging. We will also stop by periodically, if desired, to update or reposition if things get disordered.  Additional Services:          Color Consultation Need assistance with color in your design and decorating? We are certified Dewey Color Consultants and can help you find your perfect color palette.           Touch-Up Design & Redesign You have seen the wonderful transformations on HGTV that redesign can achieve. We will work with the things you already own and creatively reuse them to create wonderful new spaces!           Shopping Services We are super shoppers who can locate anything from a plush area rug, to wall art or anything else you need for your home. With trade discounts available, we are able to work within a wide range of budgets!           Organizing for Home or Office Is your clutter and disorganized space getting on your nerves? We can organize the spaces into efficient and beautiful areas that will compliment your style of living and working.               Senior Transitions Perhaps you are downsizing from the family home or moving to a senior living facility. We can help you edit your belongings so that your new living space will be a gracious and lovely space to enjoy.
